Keywords Cocktail, 3 Feb 2010 (Wednesday)

This is going to be a special opening event on which participants are going to meet each other with specially designed badges. Everyone will be asked to put on a badge displaying his/her keywords on it. Thus participants will know fields of expertise of each other in order to start conversations more easily. We are going to prepare the badges and deliver them to you on entrance to the cocktail.

United Nations supported Satellite Symposium,
4 Feb 2010 (Thursday)

ORYAT is a local association of Organic life and agriculture supported by United Nations' Development Program in Cyprus.

Mr. Erel Cankan from United Nations Development Program is going to perform a short presentation about current stance and history of organic agriculture activities in the North of Cyprus together with members of ORYAT association. After the presentation this local non governmental organization is going to seek advice and consulting from experts in the conference. Please support them by your own experiences, suggestions and ideas. This satellite symposium will be followed by a discussion session until dinner.

 

Half Day off for Excursions, 5 Feb 2010 (Friday)

We will hold sessions only until noon on this day in order to allow our participants join one of the excursions available. Our travel agency will organize excursions to different parts of Cyprus Island. Registration to these excursions will be available "on-site" during the conference. But please remember to register as early as possbile in order to optimize technical arrangements (i.e: type of bus, language of the tour guide, lunch reservation etc)

Gala Dinner, 6 Feb 2010 (Saturday)

A farewell reception to the delegates of the conference with special food, music and dance. Please get your invitations from our welcoming team at the registration desk on your arrival day. We believe this is going to be a remarkable "good-bye evening" in terms of entertainment.
