Hotels & Accomodation
Participants of the conference are recommended to stay at Salamis Bay Conti Hotel in Famagusta, where the conference will be held.
Our travel agency (Minas Tourism and Travel Agency) is still keeping some rooms reserved for our participants. Special room prices for the conference participants are on "all inclusive basis" and include some of the catering services of the conference. You can make a room reservation by filling in the room reservation form on this page.

Room rates: (All Inclusive)
- Per person in a double room €55,00 / night
- Per person in a triple room €45,00 / night
- Single room €70,00 / night
These are discounted rates for the early reservation period. There will be a 15% price increase after 15 January 2010.
Prices include:
- VAT and all other taxes
- Open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday.
- All local beverage and soft drinks between 10:00 and 24:00 hrs everyday in the restaurants and bars of the hotel.
- Special catering services of the conference. (Coffee breaks, cocktails etc)
